Days to Return
To maintain the hygiene and artisanal quality of our fragrances, Casa Vista offers a exclusive **5-day return window** from the date of delivery. After this period, all sales are considered final.
Eligibility
- • Items must be in their original, **unopened** cellophane wrapping.
- • The tamper-evident seal must remain unbroken.
- • Products must be returned in the original Casa Vista shipping box.
Exclusions
Due to health and safety regulations, any bottle that has been **sprayed or unsealed** is ineligible for return.
Note: Discovery Sets and Individual Samples are strictly non-returnable.
The Refund Journey
Once your return is received and inspected by our quality control team, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within **10 business days**.
Please note: Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the client.
