Order Modifications
At Casa Vista, we begin processing your signature scents immediately to ensure timely delivery. We understand that perspectives change; therefore, we offer a window for cancellation before your order enters our artisanal fulfillment process.
Cancellation Window
Orders may be cancelled within **6 hours** of placement. Once an order has been assigned a tracking number or prepared for dispatch, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refund Process
Approved cancellations are refunded immediately to the original payment method. Please allow **5-7 business days** for the credit to reflect on your statement.
Discovery Sets & Samples
Due to the curated nature of our **Discovery Sets** and individual samples, these items are considered final sale and are not eligible for cancellation or return once processed. We encourage you to experience these as the first step in your olfactory journey.
